• 2+ years in digital media—account management, media planning or customer service.
• Familiarity with ad tech and programmatic concepts; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage campaigns across GumGum's platform, meeting SLAs.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle from setup to optimization with internal teams.
• Develop relationships with agency contacts and deliver insightful reports.
• Ensure accurate data in Salesforce and Jira for invoicing and tracking.
