Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with commercial cleaning equipment and processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial housekeeping.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be a NANA Shareholder living in the NANA Region.
• Must cooperate and work as part of a team with fellow employees, customers and clients.
• Must stand for 12 hours per shift.
• Must live in dormitory-style settings and meet cleanliness requirements of the remote camp.
• Contract requires employees to speak, understand, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains diverse areas including hallways, offices, kitchens, laundry rooms, clinics, living areas and restrooms.
• Operates cleaning equipment and uses appropriate solutions.
• Removes and disposes of discarded materials and trash.
• Performs light maintenance and occasional snow clearance.
• May travel to remote camps and work nights or days as assigned.
• Reports safety and sanitation issues to supervisor.
