Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sweeps, vacuums, mops, or restocks hallways, offices, kitchens, laundry rooms and other areas.
• Performs floor care: strips, waxes, buffing, and general cleaning of floors.
• Dusts, wipes surfaces, and uses appropriate cleaning solutions/equipment.
• Removes trash and disposes of materials to proper areas; may transport trash.
• May perform light maintenance tasks and light snow removal at building entryways.
