Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience with commercial cleaning equipment and industrial cleaning processes.
• At least 1 year experience in commercial housekeeping.
• Must pass pre-employment requirements including drug test, physical and fit-for-duty assessment.
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours per shift and live in dormitory-style settings.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, vacuum, mop, and restock areas such as hallways, offices, kitchens, laundry, and restrooms.
• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing.
• Dust surfaces, wipe down various areas, and use appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Handle trash disposal and occasional light maintenance like changing bulbs.
• Assist with snow and debris removal at building entrances and remote sites.
• Follow safety guidelines and report concerns to supervisor.
• May operate vehicles to remote locations and rotate duties including night or day shifts.
