Denali Universal Services (DUS) seeks a dependable Dinner Cook to join a remote Alaska North Slope camp. You will prepare and serve dinner, maintain HACCP standards, and assist with meal planning and staff supervision in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role requires 2+ years of high-volume food production, ServSafe certification, and strong English skills. Rotation includes long cycles; housing and meals are provided at the camp.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in high-volume food production.
• Current ServSafe certification.
• Able to speak, read, understand and write English.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening including drug/test and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve all dinner meals utilizing standardized ingredients and menu cycles.
• Prepare daily specials, soups, entrees, sides and related items with quality and sanitation.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and food quality throughout preparation and service.
• Follow HACCP principles and safety procedures to ensure safe handling.
• Monitor food production to minimize waste while meeting client needs.
• Assist with food ordering, inventory management and staff supervision as needed.
