Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed start date).
• Three (3) years of prior successful work experience including real estate appraisal, working in or consulting with a County Assessor's office, using or training on a CAMA software, or relevant management experience; post-secondary education may be substituted for work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support staff to the CAMA Senior Specialist and CAMA Specialists II within the CAMA division.
• Implement, train on, and support CAMA software for real and personal property appraisals and cadastral mapping.
• Provide orientation, training and ongoing assistance to County Assessors and deputies in all phases of CAMA and cadastral mapping systems.
