About the Job:

If you want to work in a fun, virtual (work from home) environment, then apply today! Globe Life Inc. is currently seeking Remote Call Center Sales Agents. This position involves receiving and making calls to promote and sell Globe Life Insurance products to new and existing customers. The Remote Call Center Sales Agent will provide consultative sales support to match customers with the products that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven and skilled at interacting with the public via phone.

We offer pay for continuing education, paid training, a competitive hourly pay rate, and eligibility for weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives to reward your efforts.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Selling insurance products to new and existing customers
• Handling inbound calls and making follow-up calls
• Closing sales and generating revenue for the company
• Interacting with customers primarily via telephone or email to close new accounts
• Performing other duties as required

Required Schedule:

• Week 1: M-F 11:30am-8:00pm
• Week 2: M-F 11:30am-8:00pm and Saturday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm, with one weekday off and rotating Saturdays
