TEKsystems is seeking remote Call Center Representatives to support families with student services. The role involves assisting with inquiries, onboarding, and maintaining records while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. IMMEDIATE 100% REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES NEEDED

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
CONTRACT DURATION: 3-4 months (July - October)
PAY: $17/hr
Purpose of the position: To serve as the primary contact for families in a remote setting, reporting to the Supervisor of Student Services within the Customer Engagement & Retention Department. Responsibilities include customer support, onboarding, and academic placement for students, supporting families in Eastern or Central Standard Time zones.
