Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls for CPAP supply reorders and promote CPAP equipment sales. The role emphasizes compliance, customer satisfaction, and strong relationship building from a home office.

The position is full-time remote, requiring 40+ hours weekly. Candidates must reside in GA, AL, TN, LA, NC, or TX. Starting pay is $15/hour, increasing to $16/hour after one year, with equipment shipped prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders with the goal of achieving a 50% reorder rate while ensuring patients' continued compliance and satisfaction.
• Promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters with a target of achieving 80% of orders to include a mask and 75% to include seals.
• Utilize effective outreach strategies to assess patient usage and satisfaction with their equipment thus maximizing patient engagement in the S3 program.
• Verify and update patient records, including insurance details, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all patient interactions, including promptly returning voicemails within two hours, adhering to high standards of phone etiquette, and fostering positive patient relationships.
• Efficiently navigate the platform to process orders according to client-specific procedures.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

The Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) is responsible for conducting outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders. The scope of the Sleep Coach job includes actively promoting and selling CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention through effective outreach and relationship building.

We’re looking for motivated, driven individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, growing environment. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while communicating confidently over the phone.

Hours & Location:

• This is a remote, full-time position. Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina or Texas.
• For all offered candidates, the necessary equipment will be shipped to your home before your start date.

Pay:

• As a Sleep Coach, you'll start at $15 per hour.
• After one year, pay increases to to $16 per hour..
