    What is Required (Qualifications):

    - Internet speed of 100 mbps from the provider
    - Desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks)
    - Two monitors preferred
    - Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or S Mode)

    - Previous experience in a customer service role
    - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    - Familiarity with call center operations and customer relationship management
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
