- Assist callers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency as the voice of the employer
- Resolve customer issues and guide callers to the right solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina
- Own compatible equipment, including:
- Wired Ethernet connection (no WiFi, Hotspot, or 5G)
- Internet speed of 100 mbps from the provider
- Desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks)
- Two monitors preferred
- Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or S Mode)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with call center operations and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
