We are currently seeking highly skilled Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a large volume of both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and guiding them through the process of obtaining reverse mortgages and other home loan products.

As a representative, you will be the voice of our company, and your communication and interpersonal skills will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals. Your ability to memorize and adapt scripts, address customer concerns, and navigate various call situations with professionalism and empathy will make you an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of warm inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Read scripts verbatim for products and services and rebuttal when necessary
• Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions and concerns are handled properly
• Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for customer service, productivity, and quality

The Person:

• Previous sales or customer service experience (in any capacity whether full time or part time)
• 2+ years of call center experience preferred
• Desire to Succeed
• Motivated, Competitive, and Driven
• Great communicator and relationship builder
• Establish a dedicated workspace that is quiet, organized, and free of distractions.
• A high-speed and stable internet connection is essential for smooth communication during calls and to prevent disruptions.
