We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Agent to join our growing team at Strata Information Technology. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing efficient and professional service by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues
\- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
\- Identify and escalate complex issues and provide follow-up communication to ensure timely resolution
\- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team
\- Continuously stay updated on Strata Information Technology's products and services to effectively assist customers
\- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines
Requirements:
\- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
\- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or technical support role
\- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport
\- Proficient in using computer systems and able to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
\- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus
\- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
