Qualifications

• Active California LMFT license.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals and families across California.
• Work with clients around relationship, parenting, and family-related concerns.
• Explore the circumstances and patterns connected to each client’s situation.
• Use your experience to keep sessions focused and productive.
• Complete required clinical documentation after appointments.
• Take part in case discussions and team consultation.
• Address concerns that may require additional review or services.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow California LMFT professional requirements.
