Responsibilities

Review foundation closures, including square, rotation, and setbacks.
Prepare and review calculations and staking drawings for residential construction.
Create master staking drawings for new subdivisions and verify road centerline data.
Draw and verify property boundaries and foundation offsets.
Prepare calculations for additions and setbacks, including pile and slab details.
Prepare closing as-builts for specific clients and adapt to project requirements.
