Leidos is seeking a CAD Operator to support environmental investigations, remediation, engineering design, construction, and site restoration efforts for government clients. The candidate will prepare and revise complex drawings and maps using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

This role collaborates with engineers, scientists, GIS professionals, project managers, and field staff to translate technical information into accurate CAD deliverables and documentation.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, CAD, Civil Engineering Technology with 5+ years CAD experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, field notes, survey data.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Use AutoCAD/Civil 3D to produce detailed drawings, plans and profiles from sketches and specs.
• Prepare and maintain AutoCAD/Civil 3D drawings, figures, maps and graphics.
• Convert sketches, field notes, survey data, GIS data into CAD drawings.
• Incorporate geospatial and project data into CAD drawings as required.
• Maintain drawing files, templates, layers, blocks and standards.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy and compliance with drafting standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, scientists, PMs, GIS staff, surveyors and field teams.
• Organize and maintain project drawing libraries and electronic records.
• Support multiple projects and meet schedules and budgets.
