Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking a CAA Programmer with CATIA/Enovia CAA experience for a remote, full-time position. The role requires 5–13 years of experience in computing and programming languages, with strong Unix exposure and a background in C/C++ on native Unix platforms.

You will work on the CADDStation suite and related Solaris/Linux environments. Ideal candidates have proficiency in relational databases, DevOps practices, and web development, plus familiarity with project management tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with computing and programming languages like C++, C on native Unix platforms.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle
• Experience with configuration control tools such as GIT, VSS, ClearCase
• Experience with Windows, Solaris, Linux OS
• Experience with documentation tools such as Word, Visio, PowerPoint
• Experience developing software solutions in Java/modern languages
• Experience developing web applications

Responsibilities

• Leads design, programming, testing, implementation and documentation of complex software architectures.
• Maintains the CADDStation suite on Solaris hosted Linux OS.
• Monitors and maintains the CADDStation ecosystem on Solaris platform.
• Leads analysis of end-user processes to define application requirements.
• Contributes Unix-based solutions for hardware/software upgrades and refactoring.
• Upgrades complex applications to maintain functionality and performance in Electrical Domain.
• Identifies improvements and resolves complex programming problems.
• Addresses issues and provides solutions across multiple issues.
