Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• 12+ years of experience handling California wage-and hour class actions.
• PAGA experience strongly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing matters through all phases of litigation.
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Researching, drafting, and arguing motions.
• Taking and defending depositions.
