Qualifications

• Reviews, prepares and negotiates legal and transactional documents for prospective reinsurance transactions.
• Provides transactional reinsurance-related legal support and regulatory guidance to business units and management.
• Supports affiliates on U.S. and international reinsurance transactions and advises on U.S. regulatory issues.
