MPG is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Clinician to join our fully remote primary care team. Must hold an active California license and be able to provide psychotherapy across diverse populations in a Pacific Time Zone schedule.

The role involves independent assessments, evidence-based treatment, and collaboration with psychiatry and primary care. Remote work includes flexible scheduling and a robust benefits package.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• 3+ years post-licensure providing psychotherapy.
• Advanced training in at least one evidence-based modality (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, PST, trauma-focused therapy).
• Experience with crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Strong EHR documentation and regulatory/payor familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and establish DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for diverse mental health and substance use conditions.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidenced-based modalities (CBT/DBT/ACT).
• Manage patient risk through safety assessments and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and primary care for integrated care.
• Mentor junior clinicians and ensure timely EHR documentation.
