Blackstone Talent Group is seeking a senior IT Project/Program Manager in Oakland, CA (Remote) to lead infrastructure and security initiatives within DigIT, in collaboration with the PMO. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Proof of certification must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own IT projects and programs from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closure within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Translate priorities into actionable project plans with milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues, escalating with clear recommendations.
• Drive execution with accountability and timely completion of actions and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineers, security specialists, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to achieve outcomes.
• Manage multiple initiatives, balancing priorities while maintaining delivery commitments.
• Plan and drive cryptographic keys and certificate lifecycle projects, including rotation and handoffs.
