Job summary

Abramson Labor Group in Burbank, CA is seeking a qualified Associate Attorney licensed to practice in California to join our workers' compensation and employment law team. Newly barred attorneys or those who passed the February 2025 Bar are encouraged to apply, with strong writing and communication skills required.

The Associate will work under a Senior Associate and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage a busy docket, prepare for depositions, and advance client matters toward

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, including invoicing depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries that require attorney negotiations and moving matters toward resolution.
• Respond to incoming emails and phone calls with timely updates to clients.
• Provide direction to non-attorneys and support staff as needed.
• Be a team player, bringing positivity and contributing to team events.
