Jobot is expanding its defense team in California, offering a remote, onsite, or hybrid option. We seek attorneys with 2+ years of insurance defense experience to join our general liability defense group, handling Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, and more.

This role features a clear path to Partner, supportive mentorship, and resources to build a long-term practice, with competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements across offices in Nevada and California.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience required.
• Ability to manage cases through all phases of litigation.
• Strong communication and client reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Motion practice and discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations.
• Client communication and reporting; trial preparation.
