Job summary

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented C# Developer - II for a remote position within the Veterans Affairs department. This is a full-time, U.S.-based role requiring U.S. citizenship and a Public Trust (MBI) clearance.

You will design and implement .NET back-end services, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines, collaborate in Agile teams, and mentor junior developers while applying security best practices.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of software development with .Net technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, deploying enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of MVC, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and test planning for software systems.
• Develop back-end services using .NET Core/C# and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
