• Catch the small genuinely-flexible details that derail general launches
• Make peace with people-first ambiguity and ship anyway
• Keep mid-level expectations grounded in what the remote role can deliver
• Step in on additional duties that support the wider Business Excellence Partners mission
• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks
• Hold Federal Way vendors to the standard we promised our users
