Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analyst experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional systems.
• Advanced requirements elicitation skills.
• Advanced general analysis and gap analysis skills.
• Experience generating multiple types of business and/or process documentation.
• Experience identifying and designing business/system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and issue analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Translate and simplify business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Design, document, and maintain business and system processes.
• Identify and design business and/or system improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the development of business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects and/or project tasks.
• Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project lifecycle principles.
• Ensure technology solutions meet company standards and user requirements.
• Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical resources.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and feedback to less experienced staff.
• Work collaboratively across departments to support enterprise initiatives.
