Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Business System Analyst for a fully remote role, with opportunities across states. The position focuses on quality assurance, data validation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance of benefit plan data and system outputs.

You will engage in testing, validation, and collaboration with Product, IT, Operations and vendors to support data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements. Strong analytical skills and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, QA, testing, reporting or data analysis.
• Experience supporting business applications and operational processes.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, or QA preferred.
• Healthcare/insurance or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance testing and validation of benefit plan data, documents and system outputs.
• Investigate data discrepancies and support root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Validate system changes, enhancements and configurations prior to implementation.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing and production validation activities.
• Monitor deliverables and manage priorities to meet timelines.
