Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking a Mortgage Product Manager to drive strategy, enhancement, and delivery of enterprise lending technology across origination, underwriting, pricing, and servicing.

This role collaborates with Business Leadership, Sales, Capital Markets, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to translate objectives into scalable product capabilities that boost efficiency and the borrower/broker experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years as Product Manager/Business Analyst in Financial Services or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of mortgage origination and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with essential platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify needs and define solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements.
• Research regulations and processes to develop actionable requirements.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with priorities.
• Maintain a prioritized, sprint-ready backlog with Engineering and Product teams.
• Coordinate UAT, track defects, and support sign-off on enhancements.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Capital Markets, Compliance, and Engineering.
