Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years as a business analyst or product owner in agile projects.
• 3+ years in financial services, banking, or lending.
• Experience with developing requirements.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data stored in data warehouses.
• Proven ability to understand and document business processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio; working knowledge of Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business domain, processes, and requirements.
• Understand business processes and objectives, and how they relate to systems and technology.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for new features or products.
• Define APIs, interfaces, and business rules with external vendors.
• Work with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and testable.
• Help shape product vision and strategy by providing input on market trends and customer feedback.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for backlog.
• Create prototypes and mockups to visualize proposed solutions.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design concepts.
• Document features and launch plans for new features.
• Monitor key metrics after launch to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
