Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree (Junior or Senior preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Ability to conduct research and follow processes/procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support HR, Recruiting, General Business Support, Business Development, and AI enablement tasks.
• Assist with monthly employee engagement emails and bi-monthly company newsletter.
• Prepare, send, and track documents using e-signature tools (e.g., SignNow).
• Update employee job descriptions and assist with salary surveys.
• Support recruiting calendaring, interview scheduling, and data entry for monthly metrics.
• Contribute to template/process development and general administrative tasks.
• Assist with AI tool setup, testing, and documentation of prompts/workflows.
