Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, information technology or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Support HR, recruiting, and general business tasks across departments.
• Assist with creating employee communications and newsletters.
• Help prepare and track documents using e-signature tools (e.g., SignNow).
• Assist with job descriptions and interview screening materials.
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflows and documentation.
