Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Business Intake Researcher for a fully remote role supporting the Information Governance and risk management function at a leading law firm.

In this position you will conduct in-depth corporate risk research, review backgrounds, regulatory history, and public records, and translate findings into clear recommendations. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required; familiarity with KYC/AML is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting risk assessment and due diligence.
• Experience with corporate research and risk analysis.
• Familiarity with legal business intake and conflicts risk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth risk research on prospective clients and entities.
• Review corporate backgrounds, regulatory history, and SEC filings.
• Synthesize findings into clear, concise reports for attorneys.
• Support due diligence for new clients and matters.
• Assist with risk-related projects and lateral hire inquiries.
