Goldstone Partners, LLC seeks a part-time Business Development Partner to own new business development. You will identify companies hiring across industries, reach out to decision-makers, and present GSP’s flexible recruiting model.

This role is commission-only, with $1,000 per new client on first payment and 15% of success fees, offering a flexible virtual schedule and independent work in a 1099 structure.

Competenze

• 5+ years of business development experience.
• Proven track record of closing new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Comfortable working independently in a self-directed 1099 structure.
• Compensation is commission only with $1,000 for each new client at first payment and 15% of success fees.
