Job summary

NEXA Mortgage, LLC is seeking a part-time Business Development Marketer (BDM) to build relationships, expand market presence, and create new mortgage opportunities. You will work remotely or in the field, targeting a broad set of markets and partners.

Ideal candidates bring networking and marketing skills, a track record of audience development, and the ability to generate measurable results while collaborating with licensed Mortgage Loan Originators. Mortgage experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own marketing activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using social media, email, phone, video, and other digital communication channels.
• CRM or lead-management familiarity is helpful.
• Ability to organize and document marketing and business-development activities.
• Willingness to follow company marketing and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, local businesses, community organizations, and other potential marketing partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand NEXA Mortgage's visibility throughout the targeted market areas.
• Conduct outreach through networking, social media, email, phone, community involvement, and other approved marketing channels.
• Develop and support marketing campaigns designed to generate consumer awareness and mortgage opportunities.
• Create and share social media and digital content.
• Participate in networking events, open houses, educational events, presentations, and community activities.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and business contacts.
• Follow up with prospective clients and professional contacts.
• Track marketing activities, contacts, campaigns, and results through CRM and lead-management systems.
• Collaborate with your assigned Mortgage Loan Originator to develop local marketing strategies.
• Participate in required NEXA onboarding, marketing, compliance, payroll, and continuing training.
