Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a fully remote Business Development Manager to expand in Peru. The role focuses on acquiring and managing IBs, affiliates, and partners, driving revenue through direct outreach and strategic collaborations, and staying ahead of regulatory trends in FX/CFD markets.

You will leverage a strong network and fluency in Spanish and English to build relationships, deliver reports, and represent FP Markets at industry events and webinars.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BD/sales in Forex/CFDs or financial trading
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW clients
• Solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader and TradingView
• Native Spanish and fluent English
• Experience with regulatory/compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and partners particularly in Peru
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars
