Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Business Development Knowledge Management professional to drive adoption, engagement, and organizational readiness for Growth initiatives. You will manage proposal artifacts, knowledge assets, and training enablement across a global enterprise, partnering with senior teams to enable effective information sharing and tool adoption.

The role emphasizes knowledge management, training delivery, and change leadership, with US remote-telework and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 3+ years with Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of Shipley Methodology.
• Business Development Growth Process Knowledge.
• Knowledge Management of Business Development and Proposal Artifacts.
• Knowledge Management tools including SharePoint, AI, and other platforms.
• Learning curriculum development, training coordination and facilitation.
• Project Management, experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Technology Adoption.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management & Organizational Effectiveness: Support development and maintenance of knowledge-sharing resources and Growth content.
• Training & Learning Enablement: Manage coordination and execution of Growth training programs and materials.
• Communications & Employee Engagement: Develop communications and engagement campaigns for Growth initiatives.
• Technology Adoption & Innovation Initiatives: Support onboarding resources and pilot rollout governance.
