Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Merchant acquiring, ATM, and/or card network experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and help facilitate alignment among policies, program standards, work procedures and external guidelines.
• Identify and monitor operational and strategic risks along with key risk indicators.
• Identify and implement controls and procedures to mitigate risks in risk management efforts.
• Serve as liaison for internal/external audit support requests.
• Enhance governance practices in line with risk and compliance frameworks.
• Perform testing and reviews over the 1LOD testing program.
• Monitor and escalate open issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Stay current on regulatory policy and program standards to ensure compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
