Job summary

Owl Technology Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to sit between clients and builders, translating business problems into clear, actionable direction. You will embed with client teams to understand goals, constraints, and pain points, shaping that understanding into solutions that fit.

From the first conversation onward you’ll work with clients to define needs, document workflows, translate requirements into concrete tasks for engineering and design, and build reports and dashboards that

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Proficiency with AI tools for analysis and design.
A high degree of independence in managing client relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, workflows, and problems.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable direction for engineering and design.
