Job summary

The Teachers’ Retirement System of Oklahoma (TRS) is undertaking a multi-year modernization to replace aging legacy systems and move to a unified Azure-hosted MyPAS 3.0 platform that interfaces with MyTRS member and MyERS employer portals. The effort aims to improve scalability, security, and operational efficiency across 210,000+ members served through 600+ districts.

The Business Analyst/Requirements Specialist will lead process analysis, gather requirements, translate them into user stories

Qualifications

Experience in process analysis and documentation.
Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
Skill in creating process maps and workflow diagrams.
Experience coordinating testing and UAT with business users.

Responsibilities

Document current state processes using process maps, swimlanes, and workflow charts.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps work items/user stories.
Develop test plans and scripts; coordinate functional testing and UAT sessions.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
Communicate risks, issues, and updates to stakeholders clearly.
