• 1-3 years of Business Analysis, Client Operations, SaaS software support, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and accurately.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate complex client issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Document requirements and assist with backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on defect resolution.
• Develop and execute test cases and participate in UAT.
• Communicate issue status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
