Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Business Analyst I- CC/CR to drive client satisfaction by understanding needs and turning requests into workable solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze cost/benefit, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver custom reports and report-writer inquiries.

The role emphasizes evaluating current processes, producing use cases, and building training materials to support ongoing success in a fully remote environment within the United States.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Payroll and HR industry (or equivalent for Partner Integration).
• Experience in a front-line customer facing role.
• Experience writing business specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates, analyzes, and validates detailed functional/technical specifications.
• Drives increased use of core system functionality to reduce customization.
• Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
• Establishes intra- and interdepartmental relationships to prioritize needs and communicate status.
• Creates internal documentation and training for setup and ongoing support.
• Documents requirements, create use cases and process models.
• Maintains knowledge of all system functions and release features.
