Qualifications

• 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with HS Diploma.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Access, Excel, reporting extracts, and Web Intelligence or equivalent.
• Strong proven analytical ability and basic knowledge of report editing and analysis
• Proven Ability to work with a variety of systems, sources of data and analytic tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on internal case workload data and other sources to create and revise reports responsive to customer requirements and ad hoc requests.
• Support management by providing information, insight and recommendations for operational and systems changes.
• Support contract teams and provide outreach and training as directed by management.
