Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Proven experience documenting business requirements in a professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling.
• Experience with data mapping and data cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand needs.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support software development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Coordinate with technical teams and manage multiple projects with stakeholders.
