• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of business analysis or requirements gathering experience.
• Experience documenting business requirements in professional services.
• Strong Visio for process modeling and documentation.
• Data mapping, cleansing, and gap analysis experience.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand needs.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, flow diagrams, wireframes, test docs.
• Translate needs into actionable requirements for developers/testers.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and release activities.
• Create and maintain user guides, design docs, release notes, SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support SharePoint, Tableau, Jira and other COTS as needed.
• Analyze requests, define scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects with clear stakeholder communication.
