Job summary

The candidate will document requirements, user stories, and processes, collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers, and support testing and data analysis to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a baseline qualification.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business teams.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
• Proficiency with Office tools and collaboration platforms (Confluence, JIRA, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Support testing by developing test cases and validating solutions meet requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
• Create and maintain process maps, traceability matrices, and status reports.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
