Q-Centrix is seeking a Burn Registrar (SCDS - Senior Clinical Data Specialist) to deliver high-quality registry data for hospital partners nationwide. You will apply clinical expertise to categorize, code, summarize, interpret and calculate registry information from patient records, ensuring accurate submissions and data integrity.

This remote role requires experience with Burn Registry and BCQP Burn Registry platforms, proficiency with EMR systems, and strong attention to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Direct Burn ABA Registry abstraction experience.
• Experience with ABA BCQP Burn Registry platform.
• Exposure to multiple patient medical record systems (EMRs).
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel).
• Direct clinical experience preferred.
• Anatomy course taken preferred.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical knowledge to categorize, code, summarize, interpret and calculate registry information from patient records.
• Ensure high-accuracy data submissions to registries or data repositories.
• Prioritize and meet tight deadlines across concurrent tasks; manage expectations and propose solutions.
• Navigate EMR and registry entry tools; troubleshoot technical issues with a solutions focus.
• Contribute to data dictionaries and abstraction guidelines; identify process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on mandated regulatory data requirements from authorities.
