CLEAResult is seeking a Building Science Analyst to act as the program's technical expert, conducting desktop verifications and guiding trade allies in DOE and state standards. You will use building rating and energy modeling tools and train participants to ensure adherence and high-quality results.

You will evaluate installation guidelines, develop training materials, communicate with partners, and review documents for technical accuracy.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience (HVAC, electrical, residential construction, building maintenance, general contracting).
• Bachelor's in Building Science or related program preferred.
• BA-P certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Strong communication, organizational, mathematical, and documentation skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Knowledge with Energy Star, AHRI, BPI Standards, and NREL Standard Work Specifications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure program designs reflect installation guidelines and minimums for measures in applicable markets.
• Develops technical training materials and conducts training for internal and external participants.
• Serves as organization technical spokesperson; approves technical communication and representation to partner programs, clients, regional technical forums/boards.
• Delivers trade ally training.
• QC complex measure and modeling runs.
• Develops protocols for interpretation of specifications, guidelines, manuals, and technical requirements.
• Provide building science adjustments to measures from contractors.
• Review documents for technical accuracy and sound building science practices.
