Job summary
Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking a Building Automation Systems Project Manager to manage projects from initiation through completion. This role involves evaluating proposals, monitoring project budgets, and maintaining client relationships while working remotely within the United States.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building automation systems/controls.
- At least 2 years in a project management role.
- Strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review subcontractor proposals.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and client relationships.
Skills
Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Procore)
Knowledge of open-source protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP)
Skilled in MS Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively
Education
B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent experience
