Qualifications

• Military financial technical school courses may qualify for GS-09 level.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing budget estimates and justifications.
• Interpret OMB directives and circulars.
• Provide information and advice to program managers.
• Review bureau and office budget submissions for reasonableness and conformance with procedures.
• Monitor budget execution and status.
• Recommend reprogramming of funds as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
