Job summary

A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full-time exempt Program Director and open-rank faculty to lead the BSN program. This telecommute position is based in the St. Louis area with required travel and strategic program leadership responsibilities.

The role advances teaching, service, and scholarship, supervises faculty, develops partnerships, and ensures CCNE standards and BON regulations compliance while supporting student recruitment and NCLEX outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited institution required.
• Doctorate in Nursing (DNP, PhD, or EdD in Nursing/Higher Education) strongly preferred.
• Active, unencumbered RN license; licensure in required jurisdictions for program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assign faculty to teach courses and supervise BSN faculty and clinical coordinators.
• Monitor and report CCNE accreditation standards and BON regulations; support institutional accreditation.
