Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience working with cattle.

Responsibilities

• Physically brand inspect livestock and alternative livestock offered for sale, transport or slaughter prior to shipment or change of ownership to ensure valid legal title.
• Schedule inspection appointments to guarantee efficient time management for the area.
• Issuance of inspection certificates and maintenance of permanent records of inspection activities.
• Compute and reconcile inspection fees, minimum charges, and related costs.
• Assist in investigations and enforce brand inspection laws as directed.
